Terms and Conditions for the $ROOZ Freestyle Dance Challenge
1. Introduction
Welcome to the $ROOZ Freestyle Dance Battle! This competition is designed to find the best original dance routine to the current $ROOZ theme song. We invite dancers of all skill levels to express themselves and showcase their moves. Please read and agree to these terms before submitting your entry.
2. Eligibility
This battle is open to dancers worldwide, regardless of their professional background or dance experience. Participants should ensure that their routines are original and do not infringe upon the copyrights of others.
3. Submission Guidelines
- Create an original dance routine that fits the vibe of the $ROOZ theme song.
- Your dance can be a skilled performance or a freestyle expression of your feelings towards the music.
- Record your dance and submit it via the designated form on our website by October 15, 2024, at 00:00 UTC
4. Rights and Usage
- By submitting your dance video, you grant $ROOZ and its affiliated entities a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use your dance video in all media now known or later developed for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.
- You acknowledge that $ROOZ may use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of, and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit the submissions in perpetuity, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity.
5. Rewards and Compensation
- The most creative and engaging dance video, as determined by community votes, will receive special recognition and a prize of 10,000,000 $Rooz tokens.
- No royalties or other compensation will be paid for the use of the dance video as described herein.
6. Compliance with Laws
- Participants must comply with their local laws concerning content creation and distribution, including copyright and cryptocurrency regulations. Ensure you are legally permitted to receive and hold cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.
7. General Conditions
- $ROOZ reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the battle due to any issues that might compromise its integrity or fairness.
- Any attempt to manipulate the voting process or the operation of the battle will result in disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
- By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless $ROOZ and its affiliates from any liability, claim, or damage arising from or in connection with your participation in the battle or your acceptance and use of the prize.
9. Privacy
- Participant privacy is important to us. Information collected is used solely for the purpose of administering the battle and will not be sold or distributed to third parties, except as necessary to conduct the battle or as required by law.
